What is a Chief Mommy Officer?
CMO (Chief Mommy Officer) aka having it all - on your own terms.
But what does that mean? It means being able to work the hours you want, when you want (hello team meeting during nap time, or earning money on a coffee playdate with a fellow Mom) while also being there for the things that are important to you in your child’s life (sick days, soccer, PTA meetings).

We will fight every day to provide Mom’s with options - work whilst also looking after their kids e.g. never missing out on the important stuff, never apologizing for being a Mom - however that looks to them.
We are supportive and inclusive of all backgrounds (for humans and ingredients :) )
We will celebrate Mom’s at their best and support them at their worst - that’s what being a Mom is all about

We have no room for bitchiness or politics here - If you aren’t ready to have fun and laugh (at and with yourself) then there’s the door.
